CHEAT ON MEATLOAF WITH QUESTIFIED CHEESY MEATLOAF PROTEIN BITES. Again within the day, the hair was massive, the fitness center shorts have been small—and the meatloaf was grody to the max. However the instances have modified—and fortunately, so has the meatloaf. Questified Tacky Meatloaf Protein Bites are serving up faculty cafeteria vibes with macros which are, like, completely righteous: lean floor beef, gooey mozzarella middles, and the BBQ crunch of Quest Protein Chips. Yields: 10 servings |  Serving Dimension: 2 meatloaf bites

Energy: 150  | Protein: 15g  | Fats: 10g | Web Carb: 1g

Complete Carb: 2g   | Sugar: <1g

Substances

CHEESEY MEATLOAD PROTEIN BITES

  • 1 lbs lean floor beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 luggage Quest BBQ Protein Chips, crushed
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 tsp ketchup (sugar free)

Methodology

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and put together a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the meat, egg, chips, almond flour and seasonings collectively.
  3. Separate the combination into 20 evenly sized balls.
  4. Press the balls flat and add about 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella within the middle and wrap the meat round.
  5. Prime every meatloaf chunk with a dollop of ketchup and bake for 10-12 minutes and cooked via.
  6. Serve instantly.
